For applications submitted less than a year from commencement, we recommend that you check for availability prior to starting your Enrolment Application. Please complete our Year Level Availability Form and we will connect with you.
While submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or enrolment offer, it is an essential first step in the enrolment process.
What happens next?
Once an Enrolment Application has been submitted, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your application. Our Enrolments Team will then follow the process below.
Application Review
When your Enrolment Application is received, this will start the College's enrolment consideration process:
- Applications submitted in advance are reviewed in the year prior to a student’s intended commencement.
- Applications submitted for current year levels are reviewed as soon as possible after submission.
If your application is incomplete or we require additional information, a member of our Enrolments Team will contact you.
All applications are considered carefully in line with our Enrolments Policy. We encourage families to review this policy to gain a clearer understanding of our enrolment consideration and selection process.
Enrolment Interview
If your application is successful at the Application Review stage, you and your child/ren will be invited to attend an enrolment interview with the Principal or their delegate. The purpose of the interview is to discuss the suitability of the College, family and student to each other. We consider the:
- Educational offerings and needs of the children
- Shared values in regards to the Christian ethos of the College
- Financial, social and cooperation commitment of parents to the College
- The commitment of the student to contribute positively to the College community.
This discussion gives all parties the opportunity to consider these aspects before entering into an educational partnership through a formal contract.
Please note that being invited to an interview does not mean that a place has been offered.
Outcome Notification
Following the interview, the College Enrolments Team will advise you of the outcome of your application in writing as soon as possible.
Offer of Enrolment
If your enrolment application is successful, you will receive a Letter of Offer. Acceptance of the offer is required by the stated due date on the Letter of Offer, and parents are required to return the signed Enrolment Agreement and any other documentation sent with the Letter of Offer.
